Jackson Fine Art is pleased to return to the 2026 Atlanta Art Fair with a presentation of works by Julie Blackmon, Christy Bush, Saïdou Dicko, Chris Millsapp, and Chris Lowell, exploring the theme of ‘play’ as a source of creativity, experimentation, freedom, and memory. Play can be an essential part of artistic practice: it is the magic that happens when artists experiment with materials, scale, space, performance, and ideas. It is an invitation to follow curiosity, embrace the unexpected, and discover new ways of seeing. Play also carries the nostalgia of childhood: the freedom to imagine and transform the familiar into something entirely new. Through this presentation, Jackson Fine Art invites viewers to reconnect with their own sense of wonder and curiosity and to consider where there might be more room for spontaneity and joy in our lives.     Saïdou Dicko Biography Saïdou Dicko was born in Burkina Faso in 1979. He lives and works in Paris, France. Saïdou is a self-taught visual artist (photographer, videographer, installer and painter). At the age of five, Dicko, a Fulani Shepherd, learned to draw by collecting shadows of his sheep on the Sahel soils. Naturally, the shadow is present in all of his work.     Chris Lowell Biography

    Chris Lowell began a career in street photography in 2005, inspired by the photographic styles of the early street photographers: Frank, Erwitt, Evans, Ronis, Cartier-Bresson. He documented urban street scenes across the world – from Paris to Marrakech, Florence to Port-au-Prince – always trying to evoke a sense of relatability and humanity in his subjects.
