Art Miami 2025: Booth AM103
Overview
Jackson Fine Art is pleased to announce its return to Art Miami 2025 with a dynamic presentation of new and recent works by Andrea Torres Balaguer, Gail Albert Halaban, and Saïdou Dicko—three artists who use the camera to explore human connection to self, community, and space. Balaguer’s dreamlike, surrealist-inspired portraits use gold leaf and symbolic imagery to blur identity and invite viewer projection; Halaban’s acclaimed Out My Window series transforms the act of looking into a gesture of empathy, capturing intimate moments across neighboring windows in cities worldwide; and Dicko, drawing from his Fulani heritage, merges photography, painting, and textiles in his Shadowed People series to honor cultural resilience and collective memory while furthering his humanitarian mission in West Africa. Together, their works consider how we understand ourselves and one another through what we reveal, conceal, and share.
